Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy is formulated to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience for our customers.

Right to Cancel & Return: You may cancel your transaction or request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

How to Cancel: You can submit a cancellation or return notice via our dedicated "Cancel Transaction" page or by email to dermorix@gmail.com. Please provide your full name, order number, and reason for the return.

Refunds & Restocking: If the return is not due to a defect, Dermorix will refund the paid amount within 14 days of receiving the approved returned item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case. We reserve the right to deduct a standard processing or restocking fee where applicable.

Cancellations Due to Defect: If the product is defective or does not match its description, no restocking fees will apply, and Dermorix will cover the return shipping costs for a full refund or exchange.
