1. General. This website is owned and operated by Dermorix (hereinafter: "The Company"). These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the Company and any person or entity browsing or using the website (hereinafter: "The User"). The Company reserves the right to update these terms from time to time; the binding version is the one published on the site at the time of the transaction. Shipping costs will be displayed clearly before checkout.

2. Orders and Supply. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; the transaction is finalized only upon the Company's approval and payment charge. In the event of a significant pricing or description error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and fully refund the customer.

3. Legal Capacity. By using this site, the User confirms they are 18 years of age or older and agree to these terms.

4. Governing Law. The use of this website and any transactions made through it are governed exclusively by applicable laws in the United States.

5. Intellectual Property. All content, designs, and trademarks on this site are the exclusive property of Dermorix. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Use. Users agree not to use the site for illegal purposes, including providing false information, automated data collection, or bypassing security measures.

7. Reviews and User Content. Dermorix will not publish fabricated reviews or deceptively filter negative feedback. By submitting a review, the User grants the Company a license to use it across its marketing channels.

8. Product Warranty. Dermorix provides a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects, subject to proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, or normal wear and tear. This does not derogate from the consumer's rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
